The attention all the District Educational Officers in the State are invited to the reference 1st read above, wherein Government while forwarding the letter of the Secretary to Gol. DSE&L, Minister of Education, Gol amd the Office Memorandum of Secretary(Sports), Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Dept. of Sports, Gol regarding "Nationwide Campaign about Tokyo Olympics" and requested to take action on the proposed collaborative activities like Olympics, Quiz, Official Anthem, Selfie points / Social Media filter and Hastag #Cheer4India and furnish the action plan for this purpose.
In view of the above, conduct of Tokyo 2020 Olympics campaign to propose collaborative activities like Olympics Quiz, Official Anthem, Selfie points/social media filter and Hashtag #Cheer4India in the format explained attached below at schools point and colleges.
Hence, all the District Education Officers and District Vocational Educational Officers are directed to instruct all the District School Games Secretaries to conduct District vide regarding Nationwide campaign about Tokyo Olympics from 23 rd July, 2021 to 8th August 2021 in the concerned Districts and forward the activities done at school points and colleges to the Nodal Officer, FIT India, A.P., to mail ID: sgfapfitindia@gmail.com
