1. The attention of the Director of School Education, A.P, is invited to the reference cited, wherein he has submitted the DPC proposals for filling up of the post of District Educational Officer / Deputy Director of School Education in the State for the Panel year 2020-21.

2. In this connection, he is informed that, the above DPC proposals are not in full shape, as required under the instructions in force.

3. He is therefore, requested to furnish a copy of the reference in which, the seniority list of Dy.E.O./Asst. Director/Lecturer. IASE/CTE/SCERT and Sr.Lecturers, DIET. has been approved by the competent authority.along with the ACRS of the following Officers:

While enclosing a copy of the Govt.Memo Dt-25.07.2021 in ref 3rd in the prescribed proforma for the years mentioned by the Government. Directors are requested to furnish the information of the period worked as Deputy Educational Officer (Trained as Dy.E.O./FAC/Incharge) if any. 

The above information shall be furnished to this office on or before cited, the officers concerned are requested to furnish the ACRS (in original)

Further, the Officers in the Seniority List from the categories of (1) Lecturers, IASE/SCERT/CTE; (2) Senior Lecturers, DIET and (3) Assistant 02.08.2021.
