Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for recruitment to the post of Lab Technicians (carry forward) on Contrar basis under the control of Director of Animal Husbandry to work in the proposed constituency level Animal Disease Diagnostic Laboratories in the following Districts of Andhra Pradesh initially for a period of one year.

1. The No. of vacancies is provisional and likely to increase as per the need of the department.Fixed Remuneration per month R17,500/- per month on Contract basic

2 If (VH-W) candidates are not available the unfilled posts will be filled with other disable candidates te Hearing impaired or Orthopedically challenged. If no disabled persons are available, the posti will be filled with General women candidates as per GO MS No 99 Dated 4-3-2013 of Govt of AP

SELECTION PROCESS

The selection of candidates shall be made by the Registrar, St Venkateswara Veterinary University, Tinpati as per the Government order vide GOREN23, AH, DD & F (AHI) Dept., De 03.02.2021 and Certificates verification shall be done by the concemed District Joint Directors(AH).

ACADEMIC AND TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS

Lab Technicians Qualifications required Two years Diploma in Medical Lab Technology

The candidate should have valid registration with AP Para Medical Board

METHOD OF SELECTION

a) As per merit on the basis of marks in Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) Counse 

b) If two or more candidates are found to have same percentage of marks, person having higher age will be given 1 rank among the candidate

c) However incase of further tie, candidate having merit in S.S.C will be given preference

AGE LIMIT

The trinimum and maximam age shall be reclioned as on 01.07.2021 with relaxations allowed by the government. The candidates should complete (18) years and should not have completed 42 year of age is on 01.07.2021.

a) For SC/ST's and BC's relaxation will be for (05) years.

b) For Es-Servicemen relaxation will be for (03) years 

c) For Physically Challenged Persons (10) years.

d) If a candidate is eligible under more than one category of relation exception will be given under only one category in which he/she is selected.

APPLICATION PROCESS FEE

Each applicant must pay application process fee of Rs.200/-(Rupers Two hundred only by the way of online transfer using the payment option mode available in the website.

RULE RESERVATION

The Rule of Special Representation (General Rule 22 & 224) shall apply to appointments by direct recruitment to various posts in service Reservation for Physically Handicapped persons in respect of poits of Lah technicians shall be made, provided they fulfill the following

a. Henche the eyes of the carallates shall not be blind. In case of visually handicapped category, one eye shall be perfectly working and the candidate shall otherwise be physically fit. Per cent of disability shall be minimum of 40% and less than 50%

b. In case of 2 category Le., Hearing Handicapped, the defect shall be minimum of 40% and less than 50% In the orthopedically handicapped category, the defect shall be minimum of 40% and the appointing authority satisfies that the selected candidate can perform his duties without any difficulty

RULE OF RESERVATION TO LOCAL CANDIDATES

a) The Rule of reservation to Local candidate is applicable as per A.P. Palific Employment (Organization of local cadres) and regularization of Director Recruitment order 1975 (G.O.M.No. 674: G.A.SPEA) Department, Dared 29-10-1975) GO.No.763GA (SPFA) Department Dated 15/11/1975), tead withs GOM.No.124, G.A.SPEA) Dept, Dated: 7/3/2002

LOCAL STATUS FOR THE PRESENT POSTS:

If studied majority of years from 04th to 10th class in concerned Dist. Note: Though Lab Technician post is Dist post, since recruitment is being done in district level only, local status is restricted to concemed District only

Reservation to the local candidates is applicable as provided in the Rules and as amended from time to time as in force on the date of notification. The candidates claiming reservation as local candidates should enclose the required study certificates (from IV class to SSC Residence Certificate as the case may be Subsequent production of the certificates will not be entertained under any circumstances

Definition of local candidate:

"Local Cundulate" means a candidate for selection to any a post in relation to that Local area where he/she has studied in Educational Institutions for not less than four consecutive academic years prior t to and including the year in which he/she appeared for SSC or its equivalent examination. If however, he/she has not studied in any educational Institution during the above four years period, it is enough if he/she has resided in that area which is claimed as his/her local area during the above said period.

In case the candidate does not fall within the scope of the above, will be considered if he/she has anuched for a period of not less than seven years prior to and inclusive of the year in which he/she has studied for the maximum period out of the said period of seven years and where the period of his/her study in two or more local areas are exual such local area where he/she has studied last (in such local) area will be taken for determination the local candidature. Similarly, if he/she has not studied during the above said period. in any Educational Institutions(s) the place of residence durity the above period will be taken into consideration and local candidature determined with reference to the maximum periodi of residence or in the case of equal period where he/she resided last If the claim for local candidature is based on study, the candidate is required to produce a certificate from the Educational. Instituim where he/she has studied during the said 4/7 years period. If, however, it is based on residenice, a certificate should be submitted which is obtained from an Officer of the Revenue Department not below the rank of Tahasildar, in independent charge of a Mandal, dy Residence certificate will not be accepted, if a candidate has stadied in any Educational institutions up to SSC or equivalent examination, such candidates have to produce study certificates invariably

The candidaten claiming reservatirin as Local candidates should enclose the required certificates Subsequent production issued by the of the entertained under any circumstances.

1. Mark memós and original certificate of DMLT 

2 SSC or equivalent certificate for evidence of Date of Birth

3. Latest Caste Certificate issued by the Tahsildar concerned. 

4. Study certificates from 4th class to 10 class issued by the coricemed school authorines or residence certificate for seven year preceding to SSC in case of private study 

5 Certificate of Registration with AP Paramedical Board

6 Physically Handicapped cerificate (SADARAM) in respect of candidates claiming reservation under P.H quons. Applications submitted without required pamculars and incomplete applications will summarily be rejected.
