TS HOLIDAYS Declaration of Optional Holiday on 19.08.2021 (Thursday) on the occasion of 9 Moharram' instead of 18.08.2021 (Wednesday) and General Holiday on 20.08.2021 (Friday) on account of 10 Moharram' instead of 19.08.2021 (Thursday) - Modification - Orders Issued as per G.O.Rt.No. 1827 Dated: 17-08-2021

2. From the Chief Executive Officer, Telangana State Wakf Board, Hyderabad, Letter F.No.E1/35/2007-5, dated: 12.08.2021.
In the G.O. 1" read above, Government have issued orders declaring 18.08.2021 (Wednesday) as Optional Holiday on the occasion of 9 Moharram' and 19.08.2021 (Thursday) as General Holiday on account of 10 Moharram".
In the reference 2 read above, the Chief Executive Officer, Telangana State Wakf Board, Hyderabad has informed that '9h Moharram' and '10" Moharram' will be celebrated on 19.08.2021 (Thursday) and 20.08.2021 (Friday) instead of 18.08.2021 (Wednesday) and 19.08.2021 (Thursday) respectively.
The Government, after careful consideration of the matter, decided to modify the Optional Holiday to 19.08.2021 (Thursday) on occasion of 9th Moharram' and General Holiday to 20.08.2021 (Friday) on account of 10 Moharram'. Accordingly, the following notification is issued and shall be published in the extra-ordinary Gazette of Telangana State:
NOTIFICATION
In partial modification of the orders issued, notifying the General Holidays and Optional Holidays in G.O.Rt.No.1756, General Administration (SPLE) Department, dated 09.11.2020, Government hereby declare the Optional Holiday on 19.08.2021 (Thursday) on the occasion of gth Moharram' instead of 18.08.2021 (Wednesday) and General Holiday on 20.08.2021 (Friday) on account of "10 Moharam' instead of 19.08.2021 (Thursday).
Further, the orders issued in G.O.Rt.No.1756, General Administration (Spl.E) Dept., dated 9.11.2020 shall star modified to the above effect.
