2. State level training conducted on 03.09.2021 by the Director, MDM&SS, A.P., 3. Memo.num. ESE02/27021/140/2020-MDM-CSE dt: 06.09.2021 of the Director,Amaravathi. MDM&SS, A.P., Amaravathi

In pursuance of the orders issued in the reference read above, the State Level training programme conducted with all state MDM teams on 03.09.2021 with regard to IMMS Mobile applications and monitoring the MDM & TMF through the dash board for supervision of Jagananna Gorumudda and TMF scheme. 

Further, it is proposed to conduct one day Divisional level training with all the Mandal Educational Officers of respective division along with the following persons proposed by the Mandal Educational Officers on the following dates (The District team will act as Master Trainers). Inform the Date of training & Venue as follows.

Head Master/ Head Teacher One designated teacher who is familiar in using mobile application with computer knowledge from each school. Further, the HMS/HTS concerned are instructed to make awareness on usage of IMMS app and dash board to the Educational Welfare Assistant/ Ward Educational Secretary, parent committee, VOs promptly.

Therefore, Deputy Educational officers in the District are instructed make necessary arrangements to conducts the Divisional level training on usage of app and Monitoring through the dash hoard like Banner, Seating facility, hall with Projector facility, Mike etc.. and in turn the MEOs, should be conduct the Mandal level training to all the HMs duly following the COVID-19 norms and make this training programme success.

All the Mandal Educational officers are instructed to complete the Mandla Level training by the end of this month and report the data of training and photos to the undersigned promptly. Receipt of these proceeding should be acknowledged.
