Under Rule 10(a) of A.P.State & Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, the following officers are temporarily promoted to the post of District Educational Officer/Deputy Director under Category 1 of Class II of A.P.Educational Service, during the Panel year 2020-21, in the scale of pay Rs.46,060-98,440:

(i). The promotions ordered above are purely temporary basis and the incumbents are liable to be reverted at any point of time without any notice and assigning reason therefor.

(ii). The promotions are subject to outcome of Court Cases, if any, pending before the High Court of A.P. and the Supreme Court of India.

The Promotee Officers should join the new posts within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order, failing which, they shall forfeit their right for promotion, as per rules in force. 2. Further, Government, hereby place the services of Sri B.Lingeswara Reddy, DEO, Visakhapatnam, at the disposal of the O/o. Director of School Education, A.P., for posting as Dy. Director (Model Schools), on deputation basis under Foreign Service.

Consequent on promotion to the post of DEO / Dy.Director of School Education to the Officers in para (1) above, the following postings are ordered with immediate effect :

The Director of School Education, A.P., Ibrahimpatnam, shall take necessary action accordingly, in the matter.
